These Text Message Terms and Conditions (“Text Message Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Paramount Financial One LLC, doing business as Paramount Credit Services and Paramount Credit Pathway (together, “Paramount,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. They apply whenever you take part in our text message program (the “Program”) — whether you are texting us or receiving texts from us.

BY TAKING PART IN PARAMOUNT’S TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM, YOU ARE ACCEPTING

THESE TEXT MESSAGE TERMS.

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use also apply to your participation in the Program and are incorporated into these Text Message Terms by reference. By participating in the Program, you confirm that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and agree to their terms.


1. About These Text Message Terms

If you do not agree to these Text Message Terms, please do not participate in the Program. We may update these Text Message Terms from time to time. If we make changes, your continued participation in the Program after those changes take effect will mean you accept the updated terms. Each time you participate in the Program, you reaffirm your agreement to these Text Message Terms, together with any supplemental terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.


2. About Our Text Messages

Paramount’s text message program is used to communicate with our clients and prospective clients about credit repair and credit monitoring services, including appointment reminders, dispute and account updates, and related marketing messages. We only send text messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent to receive them. This is a recurring message program, and message frequency may vary.


3. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in — whether through our website, app, intake forms, or other means — you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from Paramount Financial One LLC related to credit repair services, credit monitoring, and account communications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By continuing to participate in the Program (for example, by not texting STOP), you agree to continue receiving messages in accordance with your consent and these Text Message Terms.


4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for messages sent and received as part of the Program. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.


5. Email Preferences

Paramount Financial is committed to complying with CAN-SPAM laws and all applicable email regulations. We value our client relationships and are committed to providing communications that are relevant, respectful, and easy to opt out of at any time.

6. How to Stop Text Messages

To stop receiving text messages from Paramount, text STOP (and no other words) to the number from which you received our message. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further text messages at that phone number. Most opt-out requests are processed immediately, but please allow up to three (3) business days for the

request to be fully completed. Texting STOP will only stop messages to the phone number used to send that request.

To stop receiving marketing phone calls from Paramount (separate from text messages), call us

at 210-355-9232 and ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.


7. Opting Back In

If you opt out by texting STOP, you may resume receiving text messages by providing new consent to Paramount through any of our standard opt-in channels.


8. Getting Help

For help at any time, text HELP to the number from which you received our message, or call us directly at 210-355-9232. Texting HELP will return a message similar to the following: “Paramount Financial One LLC: data rates may apply. Txt STOP to end texts. Call 210-355- 9232 for help.”


9. Commands Summary

• STOP — Opts you out of future text messages from the phone number used to send the request. Allow up to 3 business days to process.

• HELP — Returns program information and our support number.

• Calling 210-355-9232 — Reach us directly with questions or to be added to our internal do-not-call list for marketing calls.


10. Participating Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, C Spire Wireless, and other major and regional U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may change without notice.


11. Governing Law

These Text Message Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
