Paramount Credit Services was founded by Sarah Walters, a San Antonio real estate investor since 2004. Through years of buying and selling residential properties, Sarah saw firsthand how increasingly strict lending guidelines and credit requirements were preventing capable buyers from achieving homeownership. Recognizing the need for education, guidance, and a real plan-not just quick fixes, she dedicated herself to understanding the credit industry and helping people overcome credit challenges with clarity and confidence.

Sarah WaltersPresident, CEO
Sarah Walters is a San Antonio based real estate investor and credit expert with over two decades of experience helping individuals and families move closer to homeownership. After witnessing how increasingly strict lending guidelines and credit requirements were preventing qualified buyers from moving forward, she shifted her focus to the credit repair industry in 2007.
Since then, Sarah has built a reputation for her results-driven, education-first approach; helping clients understand their credit, meet today’s lending standards, and create long-term financial stability with confidence.
Ashley Walters
Head of Marketing
Ashley Walters is the Head of Marketing at Paramount Credit Services, where she has led brand growth and client engagement since 2021. Known for blending creativity with strategy, she brings a results-driven approach to building brands that connect and stand out.
With six years of experience as a biomedical engineer, Ashley applies a strong foundation in problem-solving, innovation, and data-driven thinking to every marketing initiative. She is also the founder of Key to Gifts, a boutique brand specializing in handcrafted closing gifts, trusted by real estate professionals for their thoughtful design and lasting impression.
Heather Walters
Lead Processor
Heather Walters is the Lead Processor at Paramount Credit Services and has been a key member of the team since 2023. With a strong background in project management and a client-first mindset, she brings precision, organization, and consistency to every file she touches.
Heather began her career as a Project Analyst in 2015 and advanced to Senior Project Manager by 2020, gaining extensive experience managing complex workflows and driving results. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Project Management, a foundation that supports her detail-driven approach and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience throughout every stage of the credit journey
