These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Paramount Financial One LLC, doing business as Paramount Credit Services (“Paramount,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in San Antonio, Texas. They govern your use of our website (the “Site”) and your engagement of our credit repair services. BY USING THE SITE, REQUESTING A FREE CREDIT REVIEW, OR ENGAGING OUR SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference. Using the Site or our services means you have reviewed and agree to it as well.

1. Changes to These Terms

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Site or our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the Site or our services after an update means you accept the changes. Each visit to the Site reaffirms your agreement to the current version.

2. About the Site and Our Services

The Site provides information about our credit repair services, educational content about credit, and a way to request a free credit review and sign up for our services. You're welcome to browse the Site without engaging our services, but you'll need to sign a separate serviceagreement to have us work on your credit reports.

3. Not Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship

Paramount Financial One LLC is a credit services organization, not a law firm, and nothing on the Site or provided through our services constitutes legal advice. Using the Site, requesting a credit review, or engaging our services does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and isn't a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney, accountant, or other professional regarding your specific situation.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair outcomes depend on the specific facts of your credit history, creditor and bureau responses, and other factors outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that any item will be removed from your credit report, that your credit score will improve by any particular amount, or that you will achieve any specific result. Any examples, testimonials, or past results referenced on the Site or in our marketing are not a promise or guarantee of similar results in your case.

5. Engaging Our Services

If you decide to move forward, you'll sign a separate written service agreement with us that governs the specific terms of your engagement, including pricing, scope of work, and your right to cancel. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms on a matter specific to your engagement, the service agreement controls. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when signing up and throughout your engagement, and to promptly update us if anything changes. Each engagement is for one individual. You may not engage our services on behalf of someone else unless you have valid legal authority (such as a Power of Attorney) to do so, and you're responsible for preventing unauthorized use of your account. If you believe your account or case file has been accessed without authorization, contact us right away at Support@paramountcreditservices.com.

6. Your Account and Case File

If you become a client, we'll maintain a file with information about your case, including your credit report data, dispute history, and communications with us. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Ownership of Site Content

Everything on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — belongs to Paramount or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, republish, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms or anyone else's rights;

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users; accounts, or any non- public part of the Site;

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract data from the Site without our written permission;

• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the Site or impose an unreasonable load on our systems;

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Site; or

• Use the Site to send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or telemarketing of any kind. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account if we believe you've violated these Terms, created legal risk, or acted inconsistently with our policies.

9. Content You Submit

If you submit information, documents, or other content to us through the Site (for example, as part of a credit review request), you grant us the right to use that content to provide our services to you, including reviewing, storing, and processing it as needed. We'll handle that information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

10. Electronic Communications

By using the Site or our services, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and, where you've opted in, text message. You confirm you are at least 18 years old. It's your responsibility to keep your contact information current and to make sure our communications aren't blocked by spam filters.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARAMOUNT AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED. SOME STATES DON'T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Paramount, its owners, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to or integrate with third-party tools, such as our credit monitoring partner. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or performance. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that providers own terms.

15. Privacy

Your calls with us may be recorded for quality and training purposes, consistent with applicable law. We collect, use, and share information about you as described in our Privacy Policy, available at paramountcreditservices.com/privacy-policy To the extent these Terms and a signed service agreement conflict with the Privacy Policy on a privacy-specific matter, the Privacy Policy controls.

16. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if we believe you've violated these Terms. If you're a client, ending Site access doesn't affect your separate service agreement, which is governed by its own terms regarding cancellation.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect, and the unenforceable part will be replaced with language that most closely reflects its original intent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, make up the entire agreement between you and Paramount regarding the Site and our services, and supersede any prior understandings on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to do so later.
