3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
  • Review all documents and communications before submission
  • Make timely payments for services as agreed
  • Follow the recommended action plan and guidance provided



Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact the effectiveness or timeline of services.

Paramount Credit Services is not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete information, inaccurate disclosures, or failure to follow recommended strategies.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as outlined in the client service agreement at the time of enrollment.

If a payment plan is selected, clients agree to make scheduled payments on time according to the agreed installment schedule.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Delay in service progression
  • Cancellation of services

All fees are disclosed in writing prior to enrollment. Paramount Credit Services does not charge or collect payment for services prior to performing those services, in accordance with applicable federal law.

Clients remain responsible for any outstanding balances for services rendered.

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Paramount Credit Services related to:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Account updates
  • Service notifications
  • Responses to inquiries
  • Customer support communications

Message frequency varies depending on client activity and services selected.

9. Three day Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this agreement without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you sign the agreement.

To cancel, you must notify Paramount Credit Services of your intent to cancel before midnight of the third business day. Cancellation may be submitted in writing by email or mail to:

If you cancel within the three-business-day period, you will not be charged any fees for services not yet performed.

After the three-business-day cancellation period has expired, services may continue in accordance with the terms of your service agreement.
