Your privacy matters to us. The terms “Paramount,” “we,” “our,” and “us” throughout this Privacy Policy refer to Paramount Financial One LLC. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. By visiting our website, using our app, or agreeing to content that links to this document, you agree to the practices described

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

Personal Information includes information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number. You may provide us Personal Information when you create an account, request a free credit review, sign up for monitoring, use our app, or otherwise interact with us. We may supplement the information you provide with information from other sources, such as credit bureaus, public databases, and our credit monitoring and data partners.

2. Examples of Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It

You provide us information such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and payment information. You also provide Sensitive Personal Information, such as your Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number, which we need to pull and analyze your credit report. Throughout this policy, both categories are referred to as “Personal Information” unless called out separately. We use this information to verify your identity, deliver the credit repair and monitoring services you request, generate your credit plan, communicate with you about your case or account, and manage our relationship with you. By providing Personal Information, you consent to our collection, transfer, and storage of that information as described here.

Use of Your Mobile Number

We use your mobile number for account verification, identity confirmation, and service-related communications, including updates about your dispute status, monitoring alerts, and appointment or task reminders. Message and data rates may apply. If you have separately opted in to our text message program, our Text Message Terms and Conditions also apply and are incorporated by reference. You may reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further messages.

Email

We may use your email address to confirm your identity, send updates on your account or case, contact you if we need information to continue your service, and send service-related or, where you have agreed, marketing communications. We do not tolerate misuse of our email channels; if you receive a suspicious or unsolicited message that appears to come from us, please

forward it to Support@paramountcreditservices.com so we can investigate. Legitimate requests from Paramount will never ask you to send sensitive Personal Information, like your full Social Security Number or password, over email. If you receive a message asking for this, treat it as suspicious, avoid replying with any personal details, and reach out to us directly at Support@paramountcreditservices.com or 210-355-9232 to confirm.

3. Non-Personal Information We Collect and How We Use It

Non-Personal Information is information that does not directly identify a specific person. We may collect, use, analyze, and disclose Non-Personal Information for any lawful purpose. If we combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information, we treat the combined information as Personal Information. Device Information We may collect information about the device you use to access our website or app, such as device model, IP address, operating system, and application data.
