Founded on Real-World Experience

Paramount Credit Services was founded by Sarah Walters, a San Antonio real estate investor since 2004. Through years of buying and selling residential properties, Sarah saw firsthand how strict lending guidelines were keeping capable buyers from achieving homeownership. Many had the income and stability to purchase a home, but not the credit profile lenders required.


Turning Experience Into a Credit Improvement Mission

Sarah recognized the need for education and a clear strategy - not quick fixes. She dedicated herself to understanding the credit industry and the factors that shape credit scores, and that knowledge became the foundation for Paramount Credit Services. Today, we help clients understand their credit reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and follow a structured path toward stronger credit.

Sarah Walters

Sarah Walters is a San Antonio–based real estate investor and credit expert with more than two decades of experience helping individuals and families move closer to homeownership. After witnessing how increasingly strict lending guidelines and credit requirements were preventing otherwise qualified buyers from moving forward, she shifted her focus to the credit repair industry in 2007.

Since then, Sarah has built a reputation for her results-driven, education-first approach, helping clients understand how credit works, meet modern lending standards, and build long-term financial stability with confidence.

Through Paramount Credit Services, Sarah continues to educate consumers about credit reports, credit scoring factors, and the steps that may help improve credit profiles—empowering individuals to make informed financial decisions and pursue their homeownership goals.

Ashley Walters

Head of Marketing


Ashley Walters is the Head of Marketing at Paramount Credit Services, where she has led brand growth, digital strategy, and client engagement since 2021. Known for blending creativity with strategic thinking, Ashley brings a results-driven approach to building brands that connect with audiences and stand out in competitive markets.

Before transitioning into marketing, Ashley spent six years working as a biomedical engineer, where she developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. She now applies those analytical skills to marketing strategy, brand development, and customer engagement initiatives.

Ashley is also the founder of Key to Gifts, a boutique brand specializing in handcrafted closing gifts designed for real estate professionals-and thoughtful gifts for any occasion. Her creations are trusted by agents and lenders for their thoughtful design and lasting impression.

Heather Walters

Lead Processor


Heather Walters is the Lead Processor at Paramount Credit Services, where she has been a key member of the team since 2023. With a strong background in project management and a client-first mindset, Heather brings precision, organization, and consistency to every client file she manages.

Heather began her career as a Project Analyst in 2015 and advanced to Senior Project Manager by 2020, gaining extensive experience coordinating complex workflows and delivering results in fast-paced environments. Her ability to manage detailed processes and maintain clear communication helps ensure clients receive a smooth and well-organized experience throughout each stage of their credit improvement journey.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Project Management, a foundation that supports her analytical, detail-driven approach and commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
